What is our Social Responsibility:SR part 1 – Towards The Environment
This section attempts to explain how Xaragua® relates to its physical environment. As an Internet venture, we believe in preserving the natural environment of our fauna, flora, and waters. In brief, we believe fundamentally in preserving our clear waters, green earth, clean air, and our universe.
Thus, we have consciously decided to operate an Internet based enterprise primarily. More, we do not believe in spending monetary efforts and time in acquiring physical equipments to further our enterprise expansion. We believe in not polluting or to destroy the naturally living habitat of our land. Life is precious, is it not? In so believing we must reflect likewise corporate policies to assist our cause.
We pledge to our visitors, customers, and stakeholders to use and re-use our electronic equipment. In the event we need to upgrade our current and future non usable equipment, our primary option will be to have those materials recycled so to help maintain the preservation of our land, waters, air, and vitality of our planet Earth and inhabitants therein. At Xaragua® we believe in recycling, donating, and reusing end-of-time resources.
SR part 2 – Towards Our Customers
This section attempts to explain how Xaragua® relates to our customers. There are two ways by which our enterprise demonstrates to our customers our social responsibility towards our customers.
1) We provide quality products and services
2) We price our products and services fairly.
In a nutshell, Xaragua® obeys the Laws regarding consumer rights, we do not practice illegal pricing tactics, and most importantly we operate ethically.
We assure the quality the quality of our social responsibility towards our customers by securing their first fundamental right they have which the right to safe products services.
We ensure the fulfillment of our customers' second fundamental right by providing proper information of our products and services.
Moreover, we make sure that our customers get to voice there opinions as it is their fundamental right to be heard. This means that where a local or toll free number cannot be provided, customers can always reach our office by electronic mails (emails). Your feedback, complaints, and opinions are to be received and processed with care and consideration.
Lastly, we do not engage in practices to entice our customers to purchase our products and services for our customers have the right to choose what they buy.
SR part 3 – Towards Our Employees
Our enterprise employs fair and equitable practices with our employees. We believe in a smoothly functioning business. The following are the next five major activities of our attention.
1) Security
2) Hiring
3) Training
4) Promoting
5) and compensation
These five centers of activities are being monitored to provide the highest quality of social activity towards our employees.
We believe in no gender based roles and discriminations. We provide an environment with equal opportunities for rewards and advancement with total disregard of race, gender, or other factors. Within our environment we have open our scope of use of enterprise resources to our employees for personal use. For example, we allow employees to take care of their finances by use of online banking.
Meanwhile, employee safety is top of our priorities. Our responsibility goes as far as ensuring decent and respectable working hours. We ensure an environment that is safe emotionally to all. We do not tolerate abusive managers or one who sexually harass someone. This applies to women just as men.
