Shipping & Returns

 

What shipping methods are available and how much they cost?
At xaragua.com, we strive to deliver your order in the fastest, most efficient manner possible. Your shipping method and address, along with the type of item and its availability, determine how long it takes to get your order and how much it will cost to get it there. Below are some basic guidelines for shipping rates and estimated shipping times.

Within Canada & USA

 

Shipping method:Per Item National:
Rate in CAD $:$8.50  $12.99 per order, plus $1.50 per item.
Estimated arrival time1 week from date of shipment within Canada & 1-2 weeks from date of shipment within the United States.
Shipping method:Priority Handling*
Rate in CAD $:$10.00 extra + Per Item National.
Estimated arrival time1-4 business days from date of shipment.

*Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the United States are determined by U.S. Customs and Immigration and are the responsibility of the recipient.

*Cost excludes full insurance (extra cost is added for insurance).

Shipping to an International Address (outside Canada and the U.S.A)

 

Shipping method:International Shipping*
Rate in CAD $:$30.00 per order , plus $1.50 for each item.
Estimated arrival time:2-8 weeks from date of shipment.

*Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country are determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies and are the responsibility of the recipient.

*Cost excludes full insurance (extra cost is added for insurance).

Need to Return an Item?

After packing your return, please send it back to us via regular post  if in Canada (Canada Post) and if in the USA (USPS). We'll notify you via e-mail when we've processed your refund.

Returns Policy

Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to xaragua.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error):

  • Any item in its original condition
  • Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) item

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at xaragua.com. We cannot exchange items.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

xaragua.com can replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

Returning a Gift?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. The gift certificate will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provide in your account. Don't worry--we won't let the gift giver know about your return.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give you later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver, and he or she will find out about your return.

Did You Use a Promotional Code or Certificate?

If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code and the code has not expired, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, and will be available to use the next time you place an order at xaragua.com. Please note, however, that the original expiration date still applies.

Lost Your Packing Slip?

If you ordered an item that you want to return but can't find the packing slip, you can still return it. You will be asked to select the relevant order from Your Account.

If you want to return an item that was given to you as a gift, you can also return it. However, you will first need to ask the person who purchased the gift for you for the order number.

Canadian returns: Return you item through Canada Post.
If you prefer to return your item through the mail please contact our customer service division at 1-416-238-6026 between 9am -5pm EST and we will process your request. Please follow the instructions below once you have received your e-mail.

  • Write RTS - Return To Sender on the package with the original packing slip or shipping lable.
  • Most packages can be deposited in any Canada Post mailbox, but larger packages must be taken to a Canada Post outlet.
  • Returns are generally processed in 2-7 business days from the time we receive it.
  • Please allow an additional 7-14 days for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your credit card.

U.S. and International returns
U.S. and International orders should be returned using registered mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returned orders

Exchanges
Currently, the only way to exchange an item ordered online is to return it for a full refund by following the steps above, a credit will be added  to your account, and then place a new order for the item you're interested in. If you received an item you didn't order and were billed for it, please return it for a full refund.

If you're returning a package because it arrived damaged, or because you received the wrong item, you will not be charged a return shipping fee. All other returns are charged a return shipping fee which is deducted from your refund total when you submit your return online.

Checking Your Return Status Online

  • Sign-in to "Your Account" and select "My Account". Then select the order number you returned - you'll be able to see whether your return has been processed and your account credited.

Online Returns: Terms and Conditions
The following items are not returnable:

  • Electronic gift certificates
  • Opened video/DVD/CD or box product (unless damaged)

 

I.Promotional discounts have no cash value and are not refundable.
II.We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit (i.e. confirming damaged product).
III.We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order.
IV.Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply. For your convenience, shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.

LIMITED WARRANTY- EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY, XARAGUA®  MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION RESPECTING ANY NEW PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OR YEAR 2000 COMPLIANCE AND ANY SUCH WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION IS EXCLUDED. XARAGUA®'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO RETURN AND REFUND AS STATED ABOVE AND IN OUR RETURNS POLICY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - IN NO EVENT WILL XARAGUA® BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSSES, INJURY, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT. XARAGUA®'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT.
